WASRC 'Increasing Awareness' Webinar Series

Washington State Referee Committee presents this series of webinars to help prepare you in  understanding your relationship with fellow referees, players and coaches and how to deal with diversity and inclusion. The world has issues with respect to Diversity and Inclusion. Does the Referee world mirror the rest of the world? The numbers tell us: Yes! The question is: Why? What can we do to address and solve this riddle? This Increasing Awareness Series is our effort to address these issues.
