To choose the option that best describes you, click the title:

1. I am currently registered () as a USSF Referee, Assignor, Assessor, Instructor and/or Futsal Referee.
- How do I logon and view my information?

Logon
To logon to the system for the first time, click Login in the Menu at the top of the page. You will need to look yourself up on the login page. Enter your last name, exactly as entered on your USSF Registration, and your birth date in the Member Lookup section of the Logon Page. One or more Registered Members will be displayed that best match your entry. Click Select by your name to have your Username and Password sent to your email address which is on file with WASRC. Use these to log onto the website using the Member Login section of the Logon Page. You will be required to change your Password. It is recommended that you also change your Username.

Member Information Page
Once you’ve logged on, your Member Information Page will be displayed. This page contains most of the information you will need while you are logged onto the WASRC website. In the following sub-topics you can view your current member status, fees that are owed, clinics in which you are registered and have attended and special services that you may execute based on your registered categories.
Member Information
  • Name
  • USSF ID Number
  • District – In an attempt to give you pertinent information about clinics local to you, you are assigned a District based on your zip code. This is not a limitation. You may attend clinics anywhere in the state.
  • Existing USSF Registrations (i.e. Referee, Assignor, Assessor, Instructor and/or Futsal Referee)
  • Show More Detail check box that will show more details about you (e.g. address, birth date, email address, etc.)
  • Extended Services – This is a list of functionality available to Registered Instructors, Assessors and Assignors.
Fees
In this section are the fees that you owe to the WASRC. WASRC will collect fees for clinics and registration/recertification online. These fees will be collected before you attend clinics or are recertified. Fees highlighted in green are fees you currently owe WASRC. Fees highlighted in red are fees that may be owed in the future. DO NOT remove fees for registration unless you no longer wish to recertify or attend a clinic.

Clinic Reservations
In this section you will find clinics that are available to you. The list of clinics defaults to your District which is based on your zip code. You can look elsewhere in the state for clinics by changing the “Clinic Location”. To register for a clinic, click the “Reserve Clinic” button for the clinic you would like to attend. Any fees for the clinic will be added to fees in the Fee Items section. You must pay for the clinic before a spot will be reserved for you.

2. I have never been a Referee and would like to become a Referee

If you want to become a referee you will be prompted to register with the website and sign up for a New Referee Clinic.

 - New Member Registration Form

  • From the Main Menu - Registration - How to Register, select I Want to Become a Referee. This page will describe the process and requirements. To start the process, click the link on that page - New Member Registration Form.
  • Fill out the New Member Registration form titled: Complete/Update Personal Information for .
  • Create a Username and Password
  • Read the “Terms and Conditions” of becoming a referee
  • Click “Submit Personal Information Update”

 - Soccer Official Category

  • Select the Badge Year for your certification.
    • If you want to referee starting before July 1 choose the current year ().
    • If you want to referee starting after July 1 of the current year (), choose the following year ().
  • Answer the Legal question.
  • Select the Registration Category for which you want to certify: Referee.
  • Select the level (they are called Grades) of Registration you wish to certify for, for each category. You may only certify as a Grassroots Referee which determines the level of games you will be able to officiate. For an explanation of the different Referee Grades, see "Referee Grades and What They Mean"
  • Click “Submit Categories”

- Member Information Page

You will be taken to your information page – the Member Information Page. This page contains most of the information you will need while you are logged onto the WASRC website. Here you will see your current member status, fees that are owed and available clinics you may be interested in. See descriptions of the items in the Member Home page in Option 1, above.

You should now look in the Clinic Reservation section of the Member Information Page and find clinic(s) to attend to get your certification(s)/registration(s). (You will only need one clinic for each certification.) The “Clinic Location” defaults to your District within Washington State based on your zip code. This displays clinics your area. You may change the “Clinic Location” to see other clinics around the state.

3. I have never been an Assignor and would like to become an Assignor

Please follow this process if you want to become an Assignor and you have never registered with this site or the USSF If you have registered with this site please please logon (follow the procedures outlined in Option 1, above) and follow the steps to become an Assignor through your Member Information Page.

 - New Member Registration Form

  • From the Main Menu - Registration - How to Register, select I Want to Become a Referee. The inital steps to become an Assignor are the same as becoming a Referee. To start the process, click the link on that page - New Member Registration Form.
  • Fill out the New Member Registration form titled: Complete/Update Personal Information for .
  • Create a Username and Password
  • Read the “Terms and Conditions” of becoming an Assignor
  • Click “Submit Personal Information Update”

 - Soccer Official Category

  • Select the Badge Year for your certification.
    • If you want to start assigning before July 1 choose the current year ().
    • If you want to start assigning after July 1 of the current year (), choose the following year ().
  • Answer the Legal question.

4. I have been a certified referee in the last 2 years ( or ) and need help to recertify for the current year ()

If you were a registered member and had a logon in the prior two years.

Logon
To logon into the system for the first time, click Login in the Menu at the top of the page. You will need to look yourself up on the login page. Enter your last name, exactly as entered on your USSF Registration, and your birth date in the Member Lookup section of the Logon Page. One or more Registered Members will be displayed that best match your entry. Click Select by your name to have your Username and Password sent to your email address which is on file with WASRC. Use these to log onto the website using the Member Login section of the Logon Page. You will be required to change your Password. It is recommended that you also change your Username.

Follow the process outlined in Option 1, above. To re-register for the current year, you must register for a Recertification Clinic. To continue, go to the next step in Help Option 1, above.

5. I have been a certified referee but have let my certification lapse for 3 or more years

Follow the procedures outlined in Help Option 4, above. You must also register for a Lapsed Referee Grassroots, GR+ Clinic. This clinic consists of the recertification online lessons and a Zoom meeting with the State Director of Instruction (SDI).

6. I am a certified Referee in another State and want to transfer my USSF Registration to Washington

To request a transfer of your Registration to Washington, from the Main Menu - Registration - How to Register, select Transferring to Washington.

  • Fill out the Personal Information form titled: Request a Transfer to Washington State Referee Committee or Re-Activate your WASRC Account. To facilitate the transfer of your USSF registration please enter your USSF ID.
  • Create a Username and Password. Make a note of your Username and Password for use when your transfer has been completed.
  • Read the “Terms and Conditions” of officiating in Washington.
  • Click “Submit Transfer Request.”
  • The website will then close. The Registrar will have been sent an email to process your request. When the transfer has been completed you will be notified by email.

7. I am a certified Referee in another State and want to officiate as a Guest in the State of Washington

To request the creation of a Member Account as a Guest Referee in Washington, from the Main Menu - Registration - How to Register, select Guest Registration.

  • Fill out the Personal Information form titled: Request a GUEST Registration with Washington State Referee Committee. To facilitate this request, please enter your USSF ID.
  • Create a Username and Password.  Make a note of your Username and Password for use when your guest registration has been completed.
  • Read the “Terms and Conditions” of becoming registered to officiate as a guest in Washington.
  • Click “Submit Guest Request.”
  • The website will then close. The Registrar will have been sent an email to process your request. When the transfer has been completed you will be notified by email.

Assessment - Describes the Director of Assessments (SDA) and contains current SDA News/Information/Links. Links to downloadable Assessment forms and other assesment documents are in the right sidebar.
  • Assessment Request Requirements – Explains Assessments
  • Request an Assessment – Allows members to request a Full or Development Assessment by filling out an online form and submitting it. (Only displayed if logged on.) Payments are made online at the time of the Request.
Assignors – Shows officiating opportunities for special matches and contains current SAC News/Information/Links
  • Assignors List – Access to the Assignor Directory of all active certified Assignors in Washington State. (Only displayed if logged on.)
Clinics/Events – Allows you to search all the available clinics in Washington State.
This changes to Member Info Page after logging in and provides a direct link to your personal information, registrations, clinics, etc.

Login – Takes you to the Logon page. Once you are logged in you will be taken to the Member Information Page where you will have access to your personal information and registrations.
